and its been posted on this forum BACK IN 2009!...

I really dont see how you could want a more detailed audit.. honestly.

I posted this to draw a reaction, but this is based on 8 hours of intensive research and reading.
Now, with that in mind, do you think your 2 second reply sufficiently captures the topic being covered here?
I simply ask that you review the link I provided and then make a post your snap judgment is NOT beneficial to anyone but your own ego.
if you are not familiar with what a CAFR is, or more specifically, what is contained in the FEDS CAFR then you cannot understand what I am commenting on enough to intelligently further the conversation.. All I'm asking is a small amount of reading and self study.
